A program designed in C++ with GUI interface to design Mouse
Cursors/Pointers which will help the C & C++ Programmers to
design their own creative cursors with several mouse drags. The
program then obtains Hex codes for the cursor designed which
can be placed inside the program that needs mouse controls and
navigation.

A nice utility for C and C++ GUI programmers Posted by: Anurak on Monday, July 28, 2003

This utility , I find very helpful to design the mouse pointers for C & C++ programs.It conveniently gives me the hexadecimal codes, that is saved in a file.But the thing is this utility is meant only to be used in DOS.I feel that it may be extended.

The programmers of this utility have taken pains to bring GUI interface in DOS enviroment.Hats off to them
