STelnet is a group of components for use in telnet
applications. The NVT (Network Virtual Terminal) is the
component which implements the display of characters to the
screen and the input of characters which are sent to the host.
I have implemented 2 NVT's: ConsoleNVT which spawns a console
window, and TMemoNVT which displays to a Memo control.
