Allows you to translate captions and hints without writing any
line of code. Features: 1. User can add new langs without
contacting to developer. 2. Simple ini format for storing and
making new languages. 3. Multilang checks all the components on
the form, catch the captions, hints, user-defined properties
and put it in a ini file. User takes this file, saves it with
other name (newlang.lng) and translates strings. Multilang will
see this file as new language. 4. Every string in the code can
be translated. So it can be used for messages tranlation. 5.
Works with ActionList and ActionManager. 6. Possibility to
tranlsate strings properties (like combobox.Items) 7.
Translating without reloading application.
