Takes a monochrome bitmap and displays it using the colors
specified by the Color and ForeColor properties. Great for
window or toolbar backgrounds that you want to use the user's
system color settings. You can use TDSColorizeBitmap to
reproduce appearance of the Microsoft Internet Explorer 3
toolbar background.
