Could have been better starstar   Posted by: Zell_1388 on Wednesday, August 20, 2003

This wasn't an example of C++; this was a small program in C. There were no comments or anything to describe the code for beginners. It would have been better if it used a variable to calculate the output so that newbies could see what's going on easier or if it simply was commented. Overall, anyone who has had a little experience could easily duplicate this code.

This is exactly what newbs need! starstarstarstarstar   Posted by: dreadbeast on Sunday, May 08, 2005

This code helped me out in two ways. One I got to learn a practical use of the scanf command, and two because a particular part of the code has been written jsut slightly incorrect, I was able to do my own debugging, and use math skills. Thanks!

Oh and it worked great on the dev c++ compiler.
