THBDeviceContext COM object v4.5
THBDeviceContext COM object is part of THBImage but can be used
as a standalone COM object for free. Use it to create a device
context or attach to an existing one. You can draw Lines,
Rectangles, Circles, Text on the device context in very easy
way and it provides access to pen, brush and font styles. Its
former use is to add some drawing to a THBImageEdit object.
Supports VB,MSAccess.
