Virtual rain.Simulates rain dropz in a lake on a dark night. v2.1

This program is all about displaying Virtual Raindrops on the
screen.It is a QBasic program.The most importamt feature is
that it clears the raindrops without using the CLS function and
does not erase the background.It uses a dynamic way to update
only those parts of screen that need to be refreshed.This was
only a trial program and now I would like supply more programs
later on.

Very clever. I have done similar (simpler) work with the PEEK and POKE commands.
The author seems to be a physician and possibly Dutch or Belgian. Very soothing medicine.......
