Visual Basic Environmnet. It covers Ligthing, Bitmap(.bmp)
Texture loading using Windows API, Hi Resolution Timer support,
Time-based Animations and more Advanced Topics like Multiple
viewports and Mouse Picking(Mouse support for OpenGL).
