This program is made in Borland Turbo C++ v3.0 compiler. This
is a program which reads windows cursor file format and then
the cursor images are mapped onto the screen using mouse
interrupts. All this is present along with full source code.
The graphics system used is the one given by EGAVGA driver. Try
it, it will help u since you wouldn't have to initalize long
arrays for mouse cursors.
