BigTime is practice management software for growing IT services
shops. It's a great tool for tracking time, expenses, project
status, staff availability and more. It snaps right on to
QuickBooks for invoicing/etc., and the whole thing is SQL
Server and ASP based (so it's easy to tweak if you want to)!
Check it out. If you need a time tracking system, this one is
great.

We bought the system because it seemed like it could fit our immediate needs and then keep up with us as we grow (we're a 5 person IT services crew). We figured we could kick it around for 30 days, and it DEFINITELY met our needs.

What really impressed us in the initial demo period was the customer service. They even sat with us online and created a quick custom invoice when we needed to get billing out that night. It's a powerful system and the support guys are really proactive.
