Someone took G Vijayan's Gauss-Seidel code and cleaned it up a little. Not bad!

This algorithm is incorrect!

Enter the following numbers :
3 (number equations) ->
3 (number unknowns) ->
0 (x1) -> 0 (x2) -> 1 (x3) -> 29 (b1) ->
1 -> 1 -> 1 -> 23
4 -> 2 -> 1 -> 13

The correct solution should be (-2, -4, 29), but this program says "inconsistent system"
