It states some info on win32 programming and it may be usefull to some newbies. But still, there are a ton of win32 tutorials out there which not only have been better designed but also have a broather range, even in the introductory phase.

On top of that, the poor coding style (lack of indentations, for example) and the use of resourses in a introductory level are not a good thing to show to newbies.

By the way, the 2nd source lacks the resource /header file.
