Web Update Wizard 3.0

Add 'update over the web' to your software application with a
single line of code. You do not need your own web server - the
Web Update Wizard requires no server side processing and works
with any ISP. The Web Update Wizard runs as a Windows Service
on your user's machine. Therefore the logged on user does not
need Administrator rights to receive and install your updates.
Alternatively, there is a simple executable which your
application can launch, which has the same functionality as the
Service, other than the ability to run in the SYSTEM security
context. The Web Update Wizard has built in unzipping, the
ability to launch processes either before or after the update
has been downloaded, you can customise the look, feel and text
of the Web Update Wizard dialogs. A considerable resource has
gone into making this product powerful, flexible and easy for
developers to integrate into their own products.
