For most users, a Windows application with a 3-D appearance
looks more attractive than one developed with the standard
Windows (2-D) controls. Though it is quite probable, that
future versions of Windows will have built in 3-D support,
today the developer has to do some additional work, if he wants
to add 3-D effects to his programs. VBCtl3D is designed to make
this easier than ever before for Visual Basic programs.
