It is some kind of firewall/blackhole based on ICMP unreach
mechanism, when you send ICMP unreach packet, attacker's
machine stops send flood traffic for a few time. I tested it on
my machine, and this software can filter a half of all sended
traffic. I know that this method is not effective, but I want
to show programmers and system administrators even this one.
