This is a simple XMS library featuring both XMS Specifications
2.0 & 3.0 for MASM. It includes all of the XMS functions needed
to initialize, query, alloc, dealloc, move, realloc & retrieve
the XMS specification version. Programmed in pure assembly
language.

I had run this

XMS_Init:
AX Destroyed.
Returns:
AX = 0x0000 Failed.
= 0xFFFF Succeeded.

under windows 2000 in Turboc3 compiler. But it failed. My friend told it works only in windows 98. Is it so?

Yes, I programmed this to work for the older operating systems. It uses HIMEM.SYS, I've tried it on windows 98 & older.
