Another Matrix Class. Except this one is different. All data is
dynamic, which means ANY-sized matrix is valid. The determinant
can be found for ANY square matrix. Division is defined,
finding the inverse is defined. There are many more other
methods, too many to list here. Among the important ones, all
operators, row-echelon form, reduced row-echelon form,
covariant, transposed, individual row/column operations,
normalization, input/ouput, and many, many more. Documentation
included.

missing some of the more specific stuff like LU/LDU/QR decomposition, eigenvalues and eigenvectors, etc., but a good basis to build upon.
