Creates 2 extra strange files when used.

Creates 2 extra files in the same folder comprising apparently random non-windows characters. The files cannot be deleted without rebooting. If they are essential to the converted file, then it doesn't really create a "standalone" .exe file in the true sense of the word and isn't really what I need, although it does create an exe from a com.
