This is a simple Tic-Tac-Toe game which has 3 levels of
computer AI. 1: Very easy ((Almost) Completely random) 2:
Moderate (You have to get the hang of the game before beating
this one) 3: (Almost) Unbeatable (If you do, pls mail me the
details... So I can fix the AI up)

This app contains a type that is not defined: ErikPorter.WindowsForms.Controls.ControlArray

Did you read the Readme.txt? It clearly states that you must reference the DLL.

Quote: "There is one thing you need to do before you can get this program to work - reference the controlarray DLL in the Bin Directory."
