BC - Backup Copy Routine
BC is very similar to the standard DOS COPY routine. The
important difference is that BC will first check the
destination for a copy of the file to be transfered. If the
destination file is more recent than the source the file will
not be copied. If a wild card is used to copy files and a file
will not fit on the disk, you will be prompted to insert a new
