Is a windows program which compares text files and displays the
results within the screen window. Optionally the user may print
out the results of the comparison. A wide variety of options
allows you to alter the methods of comparison (ignore leading
and trailing spaces) and the appearance of the the comparison
report (color, indentation, line numbers, prefixes and
headings)

cannot use long file names, differences shown are incorrect, breaks up if files differ more than 95% -> useless
very primitive and non-intuitive

There are much better utilities out there.
