Does not seem to work with long filenames under windows.

Definately a must have for makefile users. Not as useful if you use an IDE, but handy to have. Wonderful for tricking programs into thinking your fully up to date.

Use /x to get the 8.3 name.

then touch the 8.3 name and it will work. Remember, this is an old program!
