Those VB functions are useful for chnaging numbers from decimal
to any radix, such as binary, hexadecimal, octal and others.
For example, you can convert the radix could be octal,
hexadecimal, binary or any. Updated to work with decimal data
type (up to 28 decimal digits). Includes demo projects in VB
and VB.NET
