bitmaps. Paint Express is an image editor that supports .ico,
.cur, .bmp files of all color formats including 32-bit. Use
this image maker for creating professional Windows XP icons,
cursors and bitmaps with smooth transparency alpha channel.
Major features: Capturing images from the desktop of your PC.
Use the screen-capture utility to quickly grab whatever image
you see on the screen: window, toolbar, menu, etc. You can edit
the captured picture, save, print, share it with others, etc;
Searching for images on your computer and extracting them from
resources in .exe, .dll, .ocx files. You can filter the search
and extractor results based on image file type (icon, cursor,
bitmap), colors, etc.
