Searchblox is a high performance J2EE Search Engine designed on
Java architecture. With SearchBlox, you can deploy search
functionality on your Intranet/Internet sites in a matter of
minutes, focusing on presentation of content rather than diving
into details of search technology. Search results can be easily
customized to match the look & feel of your own website.
SearchBlox is 100% Java and is deployed as a Web Component on
any Servlet 2.3/JSP 1.2 compliant server. SearchBlox is
completely browser-based and is extremely easy to setup and
administer. It supports both HTTP and Filesystem based crawling
of documents and can index and search Word, Excel, PowerPoint,
PDF, Text and HTML documents in 17 languages. And best of all,
the software is completely FREE for up to 1, 000 documents.
