3D Graphics demonstration. 1.0

This program is a complete 3D graphics engine. Excellent
Learning Tool. It allows you to define your own 3D shapes in
text files, load them then manipulate them. Once the shapes are
loaded you may use transformations such as scaling, rotations
and translation. There is a 3D view mode that shows an anaglyph
of the shape (requires 3D glasses which you can find from my
site). There is also perspective mode and much much more.

Professionally done - It deserves to be rated! starstarstarstarstar   Posted by: AKA1 on Saturday, September 18, 2004

Nicely coded and very much appreciated as I don't have to complete my own graphics program which I only had time to do in 2D.

Good to see code on a website that is written by someone who employs good professional programming standards.

I would only rate it as four stars, cos
the routines would have been better placed in an module/class module (no big deal though) and a few more comments surrounding the actual graphic manipulation routines would have saved me explaining it to my girlfriend whose mathematics is a little rusty but I'm given it FIVE stars because no one has bothered to give you any ratings at all - which is a little disrepectful as you have taken the time to share your work with the P.H community - so shame on the previous 877 recipients - and so FIVE stars it is!

Clearly written, swish user interface - its NOT rocket science but its one of the best source code downloads I have had of recent (out of about thiry five or so from many different coding sites).

Regards

PS. I don't rate that many downloads as I usually have to run them through my own source code beautifier (which is amateurishly bust due to incomplete upgrade and my failing to take a back up)

PPS. I was wondering if you have any formal computing/ programming qualifications - as in my experience those who don't tend to have a lesser coding style!
