Extends and expands the functionality of all Windows
NT/2K/XP/K3 systems using only the Common Command Sets and
itself as a resource. A single file solution (ntlib.cmd). No
additional files required. Replaces many separate .exe
utilities with a single .cmd file containing hundreds of
resources to write Reliable and Maintainable Cross-Platform
shell script. "It's like an API for batch files!"
