Bad code - does not meet expectations

The contributor shows that he knows 68k assembler NOT as well as expected (uses commands with higher clock amount than needed - e.g. clear.b instead of movq ...)
"Divide by ten" would be fine on ordinary integers or 32-bit values but with BCD ???
Sorry - this code is only for posing reasons - not useful in any way !
