This program is for people who want to read or access ReiserFS
partitions in Windows. It is based on the RFSTOOL project by
Gerson Kurz: his application is a command-line tool for Windows
& Linux; my application embeds those functions in a non-MFC
Win32 GUI. Source & EXE are provided in one ZIP file. Unlike
most other tools, RFSTOOL is NOT required. Also, as of 2.0,
there are 32 & 64-bit builds.

the download doesn't include the msvrc71.dll file which is required to run.
