This document is an updated version of the Indian Hill C Style
and Coding Stan-dards paper, with modifications by the last
three authors. It describes a recommended coding standard for C
programs. The scope is coding style, not functional
organization.

It's a little outdated

It was written in 1990 and doesn't look like it has been updated since then. Besides that, it is good, it just isn't 1990 anymore.
