C#CommDog is a development tool that analyzes and optimizes the
documentation state of an C# project (.csproj). All of the
source code files of the project are checked for the
correctness of their XML documentation. Missing and incorrect
parts of every documentation comment are not only corrected and
completed but also uniformed. By this means not only the
documentation state of the project can be improved in best time
but also the maintainability. This results in lower costs for
future maintenance. New Features:

Software is easy to Install and Use. Nice integrated HTML Help (.chm).Good performance.

This is definately a must have tool. Not only does it generate XML and JavaDoc style comment blocks automatically (you still have to write the comments), but AS you write and save code / comments, the display is updated giving you a green light for files that are currently fully commented and a yellow light for those with items left to comment.

When commenting multiple projects over several weeks, this is a must have for $70.
