An Excel add-in that launches an integrated .NET scripting
environment, running natively in Excel. Script interactively
using the Excel object model and add .NET component 'glue-code'
for accessing web services, ADO.NET and third-party API's and
SDK's. Invoke scripts from Excel formulas and macros, or use
Excel as a powerful user interface and calculation engine for

This is great! Full .NET access right from Excel. You can integrate any old dll. Once you get used to the syntax it's very powerful. A few more examples would have been helpful, but there is tons of stuff on the Boo website.
