free software, but is being distributed as "shareware" for EVALUATION
PURPOSES ONLY.

1a)  You may copy and distribute copies of this kit,
     documentation, and executable code as you receive it, in any
     medium, provided that you conspicuously and appropriately
     publish on each copy a valid copyright notice "Copyright
     1994 by Nederware"; keep intact the notices on all files
     that refer to this License Agreement and to the absence of
     any warranty; PROVIDE UNMODIFIED COPIES OF THE DOCUMENTATION
     AS PROVIDED WITH THE PROGRAM; and give any other recipients
     of this Borland Pascal Debug kit a copy of this License
     Agreement along with the program. You may charge a
     distribution fee for the physical act of transferring a
     copy, but no more than is necessary to recover your actual
     costs incurred in the transfer. Under no circumstances is
     the Borland Pascal Debug Kit to be distributed in such a way
     as to be construed as "value added" in a sales transaction,
     such as, but not limited to, software bundled with any other
     program without the prior written consent of the author.
1b)  Archive sites which are reachable by anonymous ftp is given
     explicit consent to include this kit on any media they think
     is appropriate to distribute their collection.

2)   You may use the Borland Pascal Debug Kit for a 30-day
     evaluation period on a private, non-commercial basis, for
     the express purpose of determining whether this kit is suitable
     for your needs. At the end of this 30-day evaluation period,
     you must either purchase a license from Nederware for
     continued use of this kit, or discontinue using the Borland
     Pascal Debug Kit. See REGISTRATION.FRM for details about
     purchasing a license.

3)   As a user with license you are entitled to FREE updates.
     FREE updates is FREE of extra cost outside shipping and
     handling, usually not more than $6.00. If you have
     CompuServe access it is possible to upload new software to
     you using CompuServe's binary file transfer function. The
     total cost of this process is for the user. The cost of this
     is estimated to be about $6.00.

4)   A license is valid for one person only! You need a license for any
     employee using this software. You don't need a seperate license for
     an employee if their is no possibility they can use the software at
     the same time (book concept, see your Borland Pascal license).
     However, if two or more employees can use this software at the same
     time, you need a license for all of them.
