Tried it with my brother on our small network at home:
+ networking part is fairly robust
+ can be configured to the hearts content: number of ships of each type, even remove 'unloved' types; own color scheme possible; all strings used are in the config file = translation to other languages easily possible
+ easy and practical to use, nice to drag the ships around until you have the perfect constellation
+ built-in webserver makes it really simple to invite someone to a game with zero setup time on their machine

- UI a bit too simplistic (standard window, buttons, etc.), no 'cool look'
