Huffman Encoder/Decoder
Encode/Decode data using the Huffman Tree algorithm. See the
attached document for a detailed description. Most of the code
is not documented. However, if you need to submit an OO
assignment, and can choose any general subject (or this one in
particular), than this project is a good piece of work, I
believe.
