Well, not a *small* price but considering all the stuff packed into this software it's a great bang for the buck. Google Earth integration - RSS feed creator - data export and reporting tools - optional MLS integration for real estate brokers - great support - online help. I mean, these guys have thought of everything. It's a one-stop inventory system. I use it for real estate and love it but I'll be pitching it to a car dealer soon too. Thumbs way up.
