VB .NET Directory SnapShot and Compare Utility v1.1

This is a fully operational vb .net app that has two functions. It first can take a snapshot of files within a selected directory. The second is comparing two snapshots and return a csv type file with the output differences. This is just a sample of the possibilities. It's main purpose is for comparing versions of large release source code directories to see what files were changed. It has many other uses and can be fully customized.
