Prototype tool for Turbo Vision. Writes TApplications,
passively creates Params, cm, hc, and kb values, help text and
dummy procedures. Handles multi-SubMenus, multi- StatusLines
and Hints. Powerful enough to model TP 6 IDE, Quattro and
Paradox menu structures.
