The Euler Phi Function v1.1

This program will find the number of numbers that are relatively prime to the input number. The only bug is since the list of primes used aren't greater than 1000, there are numbers greater than 1000 that give an incorrect result. There is a temporary fix within the program to give the correct number if this is the case.
