Matrix class template v1.0
This is a simple template (dimensions and datatype) library for generic matrices. It is intended to be quick, easy and effective: you download and include the one file "matrix.h" and you start writing your numerical code in the most simple and natural way.

The library supports all the standard syntax with operators +-* as well as inverse and determinant functions for square matrices. A few more utility functions are included. One-row and one-column matrices are specialized as covectors and vectors. Dimensional compatibility in the operations is handled automatically at compiler level thanks to nested templates.

Note: nested templates are not always correctly supported by all compilers; this code runs nicely on gcc but could fail in other cases.
