IBM Full-System Simulator for the Cell Broadband Engine (Cell BE) Processor v1.1 is the same high-performance alternative to conventional process and thread programming, but now includes support for Fedora Core 5; SPU "fast" mode; performance enhancements for SPU pipeline model; fixes to prefetch timing in the SPU pipeline model; GUI enhancements and fixes; and a user's guide.
