Grimbb is a PHP 4 open source embedded multiple flat file pseudo-relational database bulletin board package. It contains no javascript/cookies or other such client-side intrusive technologies. Its code is entirely in PHP and executed purely on the server side. Visual presentation is controlled via CSS stylesheets. Most imporant to note is that GrimBB does not use a standard SQL database, but rather spontaneously generates its own. It was designed this way to provide free webhost users with a way of placing a forum on their own site.
