Ruby and Rails IDE for Visual Studio. The Developer Edition has the ultra-fast 'Cylon' debugger and the unique drag+drop 'Visual Rails Workbench' for designing Rails applications. Ruby In Steel has multi-window editing (syntax coloring, code folding), debugging (breakpoints, watch variables, step-into/step-over, drill-down), analytical IntelliSense, Rails importing and debugging, project management and more. A low-cost Text Edition omits the Visual Rails Workbench and IntelliSense and has a slower debugger. A free IronRuby Edition (for Microsoft's .NET Ruby) is also available.
