WebAPP is a popular, open source Content Management System (cms) written in the Perl programming language. The name WebAPP is an abbreviation of Web Automated Perl Portal. This content management system is a perfect solution for small and medium size companies. Why spending thoudands of dollars if you can get a much better and a complete solution for free! No to mention that you get the source too and free support.
