A 30 days demo/trial edition of their Windows IDE (not a direct link). There is also a 2K program size limitation. The Demo also requires access to the internet "to validate this installation". The IDE looks really nice, lots of features, and a spiffy interface. They also have command line compilers for Linux and Windows and a plug in to use it with MPLAB. All of these are also not free.
