ThemeWare's custom controls use resources directly from DLLs.
The normal Picture or Caption property is replaced by a
PictureID or CaptionID. This ID specifies the file containing
the resources, the resource type and the resource number or
name. When you set the ID, the control retrieves the picture or
caption resource from the DLL and displays it. You can set IDs
at design or runtime.
