A dynamic library loader for BC/DOS - This is a rather complex
piece of code not designed for the beginner. It shows you how
you could create a dynamic library so that you can load code at
runtime. Suggested use is for a mod player to load the specific
sound card's drivers run time. Docs, routines & example code
for creating & using your own dynamic loadable routines/drivers
for DOS without having to resort to assembly
