The author writes this like he's running a race to see how much info he can pack into a small doc.
The author assumes too much, like he expects a "complete newbie" to know what he's talking about.
Good attempt. Just take it slower next time, and sorry about the bad rating. It's just that I learned nothing from reading it, and it confused me a little.

Well, even though I know Java language, I liked it because.. well.. I need to learn c++ really quickly and it showed me some good functions I didn't know as printf and scanf hehe...

The text is useful, but not applicable to ANSI C. e.g. the information on prototypes is syntactically incorrect (at least it doesn't compile on my ANSI C compiler).

This article is poorly written and doesn't tell the newbie programmer anything. Worse yet, it can be very misleading to someone who doesn't know any basics of the C language or programming in general.
