Limited to Watcom i386+ and only does 16.16 fixed point, but pretty solid work.

Very minor modifications (removing the _WATCOM_ tests, replacing the assembly with equivalent C) can produce a set of fixed point routines that work with GCC (and probably any other C++ compiler). Replacing all instances of "65536" and "16" with "256" and "8" produce a functional 24.8 fixed point representation.
