C++ library for databse design

This library was developed in order to provide serious and
aspiring C++ programmers with an efficient and portable means
to develop data-manipulating applications. With this in mind,
we have attempted to provide services that allow for the
creation of an effective user interface, objects that allow for
organized and safe user input, indexed record management to
control this input, and finally, report generation in order to
present finished data easily.
